TWK Communicator

This app provides a messaging service to the various staff members at the Theewaterskloof Municipality in the Western Cape, South Africa. It also allows the Municipality to send messages to residents who install the app.

Messages are despatched from the central office to:
1) Ward Councillors
2) Ward Committee Members
3) The Theewaterskloof Municipality management team
4) Residents - If the resident installed the app.

In order to use this app you need to be a valid member of the Theewaterskloof Municipality or any resident who would like to receive messages that pertains to the relevant town.
